The CNC launch 402A is an electromechanical system which can clean and test injectors as a simulation under work conditions of 1-4 injectors.
It includes ultrasound, intelligent testing according to the revolutions and motor’s charge.

CHARACTERISTICS
- Cleaning by ultrasound. / It makes the cleaning along the injectors and it removes the coal deposits and improves the performance of these.
- Test of the unifrmity injection’s stream. / It controls the volumen’s uniformity and the stream of each injector.
- Dripping test. / It verifies the closure of the injectors that are in high pression.
- Injector’s flux testing. / This verifies that the injector’s volumen that enters to the cilinder in 15 minutes, is the same for the 4 injectors.
- Auto test function. / It verifies the injectors that are in different kind of conditions.
- RPM digital adjustment. / It allows evaluate the injector’s behaviour from 10 to 9990 RPM.
- Digital width pulse adjustment. / PW 0.5 – 10 Msec.
- Test execution time from 1 to 9999 seconds.
- Fuel pression of the pump’s / 1 to 150 PS.
